Nebeous is the father of all lycans. In order for a lycan to go from beta to alpha they must perform a series of rituals and get Nebeous's blessing. The final alpha ritual is praying at Nebeous's altar. Should the beta lycan have done all their rituals correctly Nebeous will empower their soul and turn them into an alpha lycan.
